Anna is a very knowledgeable, professional and kind person with EVERY service she performs along with her staff from Facials to Waxings to Lash & Brow Tintings to Makeup Applications. I recently had permanent makeup done which I LOVE. I wanted a more natural look which she did and it not only saves me time in the morning but when you're not wearing makeup you have a little something there to enhance your features. Anna also sells natural skincare and makeup that she would only use on herself and does... SKIN CEUTICALS, PCA and JANE IREDALE to name a few. I highly recommend Anna.

Anna is the absolute best! Look no further for your go to skin care expert. She has transformed my skin! I was suffering from hormonal acne for a couple years when I decided to go see Anna at the recommendation of a friend. I had been to dermatologists and had been on numerous medications but nothing was working. Anna put me on a skincare regime, as well as a visit schedule. I am happy to say that that was the best choice I made was listening to her! It took some time, but Anna knew what she was talking about!!!

I love Anna's spa!!! Anna takes her time to be very detailed and prescriptive as to what exactly is the best recommendation for your skin. Her facials are relaxing and very thorough; you just have a beautiful glow when she is done. Her spa is pristine yet so cozy when you walk in and her product line is unbelievably great. I worked with Anna for almost 7 years and learned SO much. With all of her years of experience as an aesthetician and business owner she is a great teacher, very thorough and patient. Although having past customer service experience I was taught so much more including kindness, respect and firmness when needed. I learned how to deal with our retail product representatives including orders, processing orders and questions concerning them. I was in charge of our makeup line and before any seminars I was taught first by Anna as far as applications, lessons and time management. I loved watching her apply our makeup on clients for special occasions and taking in all the tips for a pretty end result. Thinking back on what I learned from Anna speaks of her knowledge and professionalism to teach as an aesthetician and a business owner. No matter what I was being taught we wouldn't move on until she knew I understood and was comfortable. I would highly recommend her!!

She so graciously took me by the hand (and with her beautiful accent) said "don't worry Mary, I will teach you!" She was very straightforward and would quickly correct me when I was doing something wrong so I wouldn't catch bad habits. I met Anna in 2011 when I was looking for a part time job. I had my esthetician and instructor licenses. While I did have a lot of knowledge in the industry, I was never trained on doing lashes. Anna was extremely knowledgeable, encouraging and patient. She made sure I understood her instructions and answered all of my questions very patiently. She made me comfortable.
